We're looking for a Soft Services Manager who will oversee the delivery of contract soft services, including access control, helpdesk functions, and wider soft FM operations at this prestigious site.
Role Responsibilities
* Ensure all soft services are delivered in line with agreed processes, completing regular audits with QHSE support.
* Manage directly employed personnel, ensuring HR, training and development practices are followed.
* Monitor the CAFM system to ensure KPI/SLA compliance and effective workforce deployment.
* Coordinate subcontractor activities, holding regular meetings and maintaining accurate records.
* Develop and improve soft service delivery processes while maintaining strong performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
* Ability to lead and manage multiple soft service teams.
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Maximo system use.
* Professional, proactive approach with strong attention to confidentiality.
* Able to work independently, use initiative, and manage changing priorities.
Please note, candidates must be able to pass DV clearance so must have a solid 10 years checkable work history in the UK and hold a British passport.
