The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected construction company in their search for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy Customer Service team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring that completed projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards and policies.
* Manage and respond to client queries, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution.
* Support the implementation of the company's Customer Care processes and procedures.
* Monitor the Customer Care inbox, log and action emails, and maintain detailed records.
* Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate remedial works.
* Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with progress notes.
* Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering materials, and raising purchase orders.
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager and wider team.
