Due to continued growth, my well-established client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their market-leading company based in the Medway Towns.
Duties will include:
1. Proactively chasing overdue payments via all communication methods and collecting any outstanding payments
2. Sending reminders for upcoming payments
3. Ensuring accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are investigated
4. Resolving any issues with unallocated payments or outstanding queries
5. Liaising with customers regularly to understand their individual circumstances
6. Maintaining accurate and up to date information on accounts
The successful candidate will:
7. Have previous Credit Control experience within a fast-paced environment
8. Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
9. Possess the ability to work well as a team but also independently
10. Be driven, approachable, friendly and personable
11. Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
