We are now looking for a Management Accountant. Graduates are welcome, or those more junior in their career with the relevant background (AAT/CIMA).
Salary: £28K-£30K, possibly more for the right candidate.
Location: Ross-on-Wye, with a hybrid approach after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period (50% home/office over a 2-week cycle, typically 2 days in the office in week 1 and 3 days in week 2).

Your role:
We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our Ross-on-Wye Head Office. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Budget planning and coordination;
2. Head Office accounting and reporting;
3. Divisional accounting and reporting;
4. Intercompany recharge management;
5. Participating in Cost Centre Committee Meetings;
6. Analyzing and approving quality claims;
7. Controlling quality claims workflows.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have an accounts background;
* Be ideally AAT or CIMA part-qualified, or equivalent;
* Be comfortable working in a small team;
* Have an organized and analytical approach to deliver results and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy;
* Be computer literate in all MS Office applications and have previous relevant work experience.
