Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 90 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About You – Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher
* Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
* Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
* Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
* Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
* Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
* Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success
What You’ll Bring:
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
* Teacher's Registration
* A current Working with Children Check
* Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Full Australian working rights
* A professional, polished presence and warm approach
* A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
* Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
* Full availability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
