Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team based in Darlington. This is a full-time, permanent position. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be joining an established firm within an experienced team. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchase (along with all associated matters). The firm do not have referral agreements in place, and all work is either repeat clients or gained through recommendation of happy clients.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers, who are qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or Newly Qualified Solicitors. It is essential you have experience across all areas of Residential Conveyancing, and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Client care skills are paramount.
