About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Account Executive with 1.5-2.5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an agency setting. You’ll take full ownership of campaign delivery and client communications across a portfolio of brands across a variety of sectors, from FMCG to travel to finance. You'll play a key role in driving performance, uncovering insights, and identifying growth opportunities. This is a client-facing role from day one, reporting directly to the co-founding Media Director. You’ll help advise and deliver on elements of creative, analytics and strategy to deliver exceptional paid social campaigns across primarily Meta and TikTok, and also sometimes LinkedIn and Pinterest. We're a fast-growing smaller agency, so you’ll also contribute to different projects across the business, from joining in on pitches to potential new clients, and contributing to our industry events. Key Responsibilities Lead campaign management across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, designing testing roadmaps and implementing audience, bidding and creative experiments Develop forecasts and growth scenarios to guide budgeting and channel planning Generate insights from data and translate them into client recommendations Deliver clear, commercially grounded performance reporting Communicate with clients regularly to share updates, insights and strategic recommendations Stay on top of platform developments and competitor activity to inform testing plans Success Criteria After 12 months, you’ll be the lead point of contact on a number high-performing accounts, proactively delivering best-in-class account management, helping out the founders with sales and marketing projects, and managing a team of 2-3 account executives. What We're Looking For 1.5-2.5 years of experience in a paid media role, with a strong track record of performance delivery Comfortable running campaigns across Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest or LinkedIn is a bonus Highly analytical and commercially minded Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships Curious mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for paid media innovation Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple accounts Must have the right to work in the UK and be available to work from our London office (Tues–Thurs) Tools We Use 25 days holiday Work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Islington AXA health insurance Dental and optical cash plan Employee assistance programme Discounted gym membership Monthly socials Free pilates and yoga classes Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits Seniority level
