The Role

Netcalibre is redefining the synergy between technology and design in the commercial real estate space. We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Researcher, skilled in lead generation and appointment setting, to expand our reach.

In this pivotal position, you will gather data and leverage it, using your insights and approach to spark interest and lay the groundwork for our sales team. Your task? To identify businesses and decision-makers who can benefit most from our solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize varied research methods: search engines, LinkedIn, company pages, and more.
2. Understand the needs of businesses in the commercial real estate tech sphere.
3. Master appointment setting by engaging potential leads and booking introductory meetings.
4. Update CRM systems with detailed notes for seamless handover to the sales team.
5. Produce detailed reports outlining potential opportunities and market trends.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strategy and targets are aligned.
