Position: Construction Manager (Shifts) (Sizewell C) – Sizewell C, site-based role. Hours: 13:00–23:00 with rotating shift pattern to be reviewed and added November/December (TBC).
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Salary: Competitive depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Construction Manager, you\'ll oversee the re-construction of a key section of the SZC works. You\'ll lead the charge in ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. From tactical logistics planning to stakeholder engagement, your role will encompass the entire construction lifecycle, including:
* Team Leadership: Strategic execution – you will be helping the PM to develop and implement detailed construction strategies and plans.
* Project Oversight: To deliver new projects into Sizewell C project with safety and quality at the forefront of our works.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with contractors, regulators, and government bodies to ensure project success.
* Continuous Improvement: Driving innovation and embedding lessons learned to ensure world-class project delivery.
* Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and a proven track record of their implementation.
What We're Looking For
We need a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring:
* Industry Expertise: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, on projects, and working within regulated environments.
* Management Skills: Supervising Tier 1 contractors.
* Leadership Capabilities: Ability to inspire teams, resolve complex issues, and foster collaboration.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
* Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Degree and chartered status in an engineering, construction, or other related field desirable.
* SMSTS Required, CSCS site manager card required.
