The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Paid Media Specialist to join our small, agile team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is more than just a paid media role - it's an opportunity to shape our digital strategy and expand your expertise across the entire eCommerce ecosystem. We're looking to hire for a couple of roles fast - with an apprentice hire planned next who you'd be the direct line-manager for.
What You'll Do
* Lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, optimizing performance for high-end retail clients
* Develop comprehensive reporting structures that deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
* Expand into adjacent disciplines including email marketing, eCommerce analytics, and strategic planning
* Influence our growth trajectory as we scale the team and refine our service offerings
What We're Looking For
* 2-3 years managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
* 2+ years in eCommerce environments
* Proven track record of campaign optimisation and performance improvement
