About the Role
Barrington James is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant to our dynamic team! With over 20 years of success in the industry, we are looking for someone ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact. As a recruitment specialist, you will focus on sourcing senior and niche professionals for cutting edge pharmaceutical trials and the Life Sciences sector.
This entrepreneurial environment offers the perfect blend of autonomy and creativity, allowing you to make your desk your own and drive your success. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, leveraging your skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

* Sourcing niche, high calibre candidates for permanent vacancies within the pharmaceutical sector
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from candidate sourcing to final placement
* Developing business relationships with emerging and niche companies in the pharmaceutical industry
