Mental Health Support Worker - Drivers Wanted (Full Time)

Location
Supported Living, CB1 - CB8 postcodes.
Pay Rate
£14.00 - £15.50 per hour (package and experience dependent).
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting clients with budgeting and financial management.
* Arranging daily activities and encouraging participation.
* Building professional, trusting relationships with clients.
* Supporting behaviours that challenge in 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1+ ratios.
* Providing personal care as needed.
* Utilising communication aids (experience advantageous).
* Ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) standards.
* Keeping thorough records and working to high documentation standards.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving licence with business insurance and access to own vehicle.
* Right To work in the UK.
Preferred Experience
* MAPA/CPI and/or PBS training and experience desirable.
* Previous experience managing physical behaviours that challenge.
* Experience and understanding in using communication aids.
* Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
