Your key responsibilities will include:
6. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
7. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
8. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
9. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
10. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
11. Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
12. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
13. Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
14. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
15. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Head Chef will:
16. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
17. Create a positive work environment where the whole team can thrive
18. Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
19. Have experience in a similar Head Chef role
20. Strive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated manner
