What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales‑focused. This isn’t an ordinary sales job – you’ll guide customers from their first step into the showroom to a great after‑sales experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring every interaction is 5‑star.
On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car for their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for each customer
* Building and maintaining sincere relationships throughout the sales process
* Selling the right sales package – finance, servicing, etc. – with integrity and professionalism
* Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
* Staying in touch with customers for a great after‑sales experience
