Requirements
* Driven and experienced business leader with specific experience in the New Build Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors.
* Comfortable in leading and motivating high performing commercial, operational and technical teams to achieve commercial, quality and safety standards.
* Track record in the Surrey & Sussex region.
* Ideal candidates will be from a similar tier one contractor and have a strong record of delivery and a drive and ambition to grow this business unit further.
* Experience leading a business unit of approximately £100m.
