An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative individual to work as a Theatre Clinical Educator within NHS Fife Theatres. This role is essential for supporting excellence within the peri‑operative environment, leading education and staff development, and implementing evidence‑based practice.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver education and staff development programmes.
* Function as an independent practitioner and clinical expert.
* Lead implementation, evaluation and identification of evidence‑based practice.
* Provide staff‑specific education and patient education.
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in teaching or substantial equivalent experience.
* Master’s degree level education or ability to demonstrate working at that level.
* Significant post‑registration professional practice experience in the theatre environment.

Working Hours & Salary
This post is part‑time; salary is pro‑rata. From 1/4/2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will reduce from 37 to 36 hours per week, with part‑time hours adjusted pro‑rata. The pay scale in this advert will not change.
