Role Overview
The Digital Brand Lead will advocate for the supplier's brands across the various categories on Boots.com, ensuring they show up brilliantly across all relevant touchpoints to help achieve sales and growth targets for each category.
Relocation to the Nottingham office is required, with occasional travel to London to liaise with brand partners.
Responsibilities
* Advocate for the supplier's brands across all categories on Boots.com.
* Optimize the customer journey for each brand to drive sales and growth.
* Report to the Ecommerce Trading Manager and collaborate with stakeholders in Optimisation, Trading, Digital Experience, Supply and Marketing.
* Coordinate and optimize online launches for new products or ranges with trading and marketing on support plans.
* Utilize Boots and supplier insights to analyze customer behavior, product trends and market data to inform annual planning and recommendations.
* Optimize the digital execution of key brand campaigns throughout the year, whether value-led or inspirational.
* Co‑ordinate stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and brand optimisation initiatives.
* Build strong working relationships with key brand contacts and own the supplier relationship on boots.com, including frequent communication on sales performance, reporting, strategic planning, day‑to‑day range maintenance and campaign optimisation.
* Deliver comprehensive financial performance reporting on a weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc basis, analysing, interpreting and articulating performance drivers and identifying risks and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Measure and report on main e‑commerce metrics for brands while driving overall revenue and profit performance.
* Possess digital experience in an e‑commerce role or a strong interest in e‑commerce, with a solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
* Be confident in using data and insights to drive performance and in building and delivering plans.
* Have trading experience with strong financial acumen, able to analyse and interpret financial performance.
* Demonstrate cross‑functional working, a focus on brilliant delivery and relationship building.
* Show high attention to detail and adaptability within a fast‑paced, complex environment.
* Be highly organised, enthusiastic, resourceful and able to make decisions with minimal supervision.
* Communicate timelines, tasks and deadlines clearly to all stakeholders, prioritise multiple tasks proactively.
* Experience using digital analytics tools such as GA4, ContentSquare and Similar Web is highly beneficial but not essential.
