Junior Service Delivery Engineer (On-Site)CumbriaCore hours between 07:00 - 17:30OverviewWe're looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on-site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands-on experience in a real working environment.You'll be fully supported with training and development, making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn.What you'll be doingProviding on-site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues)Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environmentSupporting users face-to-face to keep them up and runningManaging your own support tickets and working to targetsAssisting with hardware rollouts, upgrades, and other IT projectsHelping with simple break-fix tasks on devices (training provided)This is a hands-on role, so you'll be actively working across customer sites rather than office-based.What we're looking forBasic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft applications)Strong communication and customer service skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnGood problem-solving abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentRequirements? Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)?
