With over two decades of proven delivery, they hold a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and professionalism within the retail and commercial industry.Role Overview The Electrical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing electrical works across multiple retail and commercial sites. This position blends technical knowledge with team supervision, scheduling, quality assurance and day-to-day coordination. Many projects run in fast-paced retail environments where careful planning and professionalism are key.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising electrical teams and subcontractors on siteCoordinating work on store refurbishments, roll-outs and small works programmesEnsuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulationsReviewing installation quality and issuing corrective directions where neededWorking closely with Project Managers to align schedules and deliverablesCompleting site inspections, toolbox talks and health & safety checksProviding clear documentation, reporting and progress updatesSupporting effective communication between site teams and client contacts
Candidate RequirementsElectrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Supervisory or site lead experience within retail/commercial environmentsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and sitesA proactive mindset, with confidence in problem-solving on siteA strong awareness of health & safety and compliance proceduresWillingness to travel frequently, including occasional overnight stays
