Colocation Contracts Manager, Data Centre Supply Solutions

We are looking for a Colocation Contracts Manager within our EMEA region to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems to improve complex processes and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse contractual gap analysis in colocation contracts.
* Manage data centre agreements with third‑party suppliers.
* Support contract transactions, including generating and processing service orders, vendor communications, and obtaining internal financial, technical, and legal approvals.
* Manage remediation transactions: validate stakeholder inputs, engage with vendors with guidance from Technical Business Developers, prepare business cases, and drive contract execution with legal partners.
* Track and manage individual gap remediation projects.
* Manage a global portfolio of commercial agreements for critical data centre infrastructure.
* Lead process improvements for automation and scalability.
* Develop metrics and analyse trends.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in finance operations, finance, accounting, asset management, accounts payable, and/or lease management.
* Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, drafting contracts, or other comparable roles.
* Experience in data centre engineering.
