Reporting to the Tax Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Leading on UK and cross-border tax advisory projects
* Overseeing compliance work for larger and more complex clients
* Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, from owner-managed businesses to listed groups
* Developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing on-the-job training and feedback
* Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and risk management
What you will need:
* ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification
* Significant experience in corporate tax and accounting, ideally in a similar role (such as Corporate Tax Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Tax Advisor)
* Proven track record managing compliance and advisory projects for large groups
* Experience with group restructures, interest deductibility, capital allowances, and HMRC enquiries
* Strong client service ethos and ability to build relationships
* Experience developing new business or expanding existing client services
* Ability to coach and support colleagues, and work collaboratively across teams
