About the Role As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will support adults to live independently and comfortably in their own homes across Fareham and surrounding areas. Visits are unhurried, allowing you the time to build genuine relationships and deliver care properly — no rushed calls.

Your Responsibilities
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
* Assisting with morning routines and daily living tasks
* Light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Supporting clients to access the community and attend activities
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For
* Caring, reliable, and friendly individuals
* Good spoken and written English
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
* Aged 18 or over
* UK resident (visa sponsorship not available)
