Reporting into our International Head of Sales, as the B2B Sales Development Account Manager you’ll be a key member of a small team of 7 hard working Sales & Marketing professionals who have lots of knowledge to share. Working as the B2B Sales Development Account Manager you’ll bring a good awareness and commercial understanding of the activities and challenges of a multi-channel specialist sales channel business where you’ll maintain and continuously improve the commercial relationship for allocated distributors, wholesalers, retailers, labs, and private label accounts. You’ll be a skilled multi-level relationship builder, knowing how to effectively communicate inside and outside our organisation and work with a range of stakeholders but you won’t be traditional “sales”. You’ll use your analytical skills, sales development experience, commercial acumen and presentational flair to gather information, identify sales opportunities and make proposals and recommendations that drive sales and generate new customers. We welcome proactive thinking and new ideas in our team, especially someone who understands the importance of capturing, interrogating and using data to drive informed commercial decisions and knows how to share and introduce this inside and outside our organisation.
