Were searching for a UK-based Risk and Compliance Officer to join our Enterprise Risk & Compliance team, so that we can strengthen and evolve our global compliance program within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Risk and Compliance Officer will collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, uphold best practices, and drive compliance efforts that align with industry standards and regulatory expectations. Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and expertise in: UK & EU privacy legislation completing risk assessments in general, privacy assessments in particular risk management managing and completing subject access requests project management It would be desirable if you have: A deep understanding of the regulatory environment in the US, CAN, DE, SWE, AUS relating to privacy in healthcare. Expertise in completing vendor assessments The successful candidate will exhibit competencies which include: Adaptability - Able to manage in a changing corporate, legislative and regulatory environment Collaboration able to work within the team and other departments to progress the compliance program Analytical - able to learn and interpret technical, regulatory and statutory requirements and to interpret contractual requirements. a focus on the requirements of internal and external customers Be well organised and ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and complete tasks within deadlines Attention to detail when writing and reviewing documents, assessments and processes to ensure compliance Create actionable policies and procedures and documentation to support the compliance program Demonstrate discretion, integrity and ethical judgment in all compliance-related matters We would like to speak to you if you have Managed a compliance program (SOC, HIPAA, ISO9001, ISO27001, preferred) within a technology or healthcare company Excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures but particularly privacy legislation in the UK & EU Knowledge of privacy legislation in US, Canada, Australia, KSA advantageous Experience in managing a risk management program Experience in using document control and data management systems is desirable. Experience in proactive evidence collection systems is desirable RLDatix has grown through acquisition so experience in onboarding or merging compliance programs is desirable.
