Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Hampshire, West Sussex, Witlshire
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
Our client is looking to expand its senior management team due to increased workload and the securing of new projects. They are seeking either an experienced contracts manager or will consider a seasoned project that is looking to take the next step in their career.
This company plans to conduct interviews in April with a start in May or June.

Our client is a prominent main contractor based on the South coast, specialising in projects ranging from £5 million to £30 million. With a diverse portfolio encompassing commercial, education, leisure and healthcare sectors, the company is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects while prioritising excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising all aspects of project contracts, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Facilitating communication and collaboration among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Leading the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes.
4. Managing & assisting with frame work agreements in a range of sectors.
5. Monitoring project progress and performance, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering excellence and teamwork.
8. Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
