Duties
* Engage with customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
* Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
* Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
* Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals
* Restock shelves, organize stock rooms, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
* Assist with inventory management by stocking products and conducting regular stock checks
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
* Support supervising team members by guiding new staff on store procedures and customer service standards
* Respond to email queries with accurate information
* Handle queries regarding repairs and service bookings
* Processing of online orders
Experience
* Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
* Demonstrated strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively
* Supervising experience is a plus, indicating leadership capabilities in a retail setting
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
