Provide Functional and Analysis Support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Responsibilities
1. Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems
2. Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials
3. Work closely with the Application Support Manager, a on projects and continuous improvement
4. Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects
5. Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy, including support in training, UAT and go live
6. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole
7. Assist with the document and centralise training notes
8. Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes
9. Primary contact for Key report queries
Requirements:
Essential
10. Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), specifically Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management and Purchasing modules.
11. Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues
12. Written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
13. Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations
14. Demonstrates high integrity
15. Ability to deliver results
16. Manages self, remaining calm, focused and optimistic
17. Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales
Desirable
18. Jet Report experience
19. Experiencing in support Business Central SaaS
20. Continia experience
21. Previous experience of working in a service industry
22. Previous Experience of Application Support
23. An understanding of the complexities associated with a large business environment
