My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join their well-established and collaborative UK-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role managing end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This is a remote role where you will be required occasionally to meet with your colleagues at the central London offices.
Full training will be provided on internal processes and specific client/brand guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
* Maintain accurate documentation and manage financial tasks including invoicing, cost tracking, and reporting.
* Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, acting as the key liaison.
* Create and manage micro critical paths in line with client schedules.
* Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication across all parties.
* Attend relevant project meetings and provide regular status updates and risk assessments.
* Provide support on artwork and pre-press processes, offering consultative input to the client and internal teams.
* Escalate challenges to senior management when required.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ project management experience, ideally in artwork, reprographics, or print-related services.
* Strong understanding of artwork and print production processes is a plus.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Highly organised with great time management and multitasking abilities.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to adapt to bespoke software.
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Professional and client-presentable in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Team-oriented and ready to support others during busy periods.
