Leigh Academy Rainham is looking for a Head of Learning - IT to lead our department starting in September 2026. This is a role for an experienced teacher who is ready to move into a leadership position where they can actually influence how the subject is taught. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who understands how to manage a department and support their colleagues. In return, we’ll make sure you have the professional space and resources to do your job well, helping you grow into the leadership role as you help our students succeed. Our ideal candidate will also be able to teach a second subject for example, Business Studies or Design & Technology.
