Our VVIP private jet management client is looking for a Head of Operations to join them on a permanent basis at their headquarters in Africa to lead the overall operations of the airline.
On offer is a permanent contract with excellent pay and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Overall management and supervision of aircraft.
* Full operational oversight of private jet operations, including flight planning and execution.
* Comprehensive crew management (flight crew and cabin crew), including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
* Oversight of aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, and compliance with international aviation standards.
* Strategic operational management and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
Role Requirements:
* Strong background in aircraft operations, fleet management, and maintenance oversight.
* Prior experience working with government, head-of-state, or VVIP aviation operations is highly preferred.
* Extensive experience in private jet or VVIP aviation operations, preferably at a senior or director level.
