Technical Pre-Sales Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our ever-expanding company, based at our branch in Telford.
The primary task of this role is to generate, increase and retain sales developments for the ClimaTech Division. You will need a Level 3 certification in Plumbing and Heating or Air Conditioning qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
About the Role
* Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotes.
* Provide heat loss calculations to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
* Assist installers with expert advice and support on system design and installation.
* Technical support by liaising with manufacturers to offer pre- and post-sales support.
* Customer needs interpretation by liaising with colleagues to ensure accurate requirements.
* Installer training: Ensure appropriate certification is held by installers.
* Coordinate delivery with colleagues and installers to ensure a seamless delivery process.
About You
To thrive in this role you should possess:
* Proven expertise in heating and air conditioning systems.
* Hands-on experience with heating system design and renewable heating technologies.
* Keen commercial insight to navigate market dynamics effectively.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills.
