Position: Recruitment Consultant - Business Office Services
About the Company: PRS Recruitment Services are a leading supplier in Facilities Engineering & Support Services within the infrastructure sector, as well as a Hospitality recruitment company with offices throughout the UK and Texas, USA.
About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. You will work within a dedicated team to develop and deliver staffing solutions for temporary and permanent roles in Business Support, Commercial & Administration, Facilities, and Finance.
Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted relationships with existing and new clients.
* Proactively expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, and engage in client networking and visits.
* Engage with candidates actively and build a resource pool to meet client demands.
* Manage your own time and handle your workload effectively.
* Understand client needs and expectations, delivering accordingly.
* Provide market insights and support to clients and candidates regarding market conditions, trends, and rates.
* Post regular social media updates and advertisements to attract candidates.
* Manage all aspects of engagement with clients and candidates during the contract period.
* Coordinate interviews and feedback through regular contact with clients and candidates.
* Sourcing and screening applicants via CRM, job boards, and social media.
* Negotiate fees with clients and pay rates with candidates.
Required Skills:

* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
