Helensburgh and Lomond Community Nursing Team are seeking to recruit an experienced first level general nurse, with a Specialist District Nursing Qualification or Diploma in Integrated Community Nursing with V300 prescribing qualification. The post holder will be responsible for caseload management, supervision and assessment of care needs and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of personalised nursing care to patients. As a senior member of the team the post holder will be expected to provide clinical and managerial leadership within the nursing and multi-agency team.
You should be able to demonstrate effective decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively within a team and evidence of continuing professional development are also required for this post.
A current driving licence is essential as is use of your own car.
