What you'll be doing
* Collaborate with various teams including CSC, Logistics, IT, and Store Operations to enhance our online services.
* Analyse data to derive insights and respond to customer service queries effectively.
* Manage daily activities to meet KPIs and timelines, ensuring smooth operations.
* Identify areas for improvement and optimise processes to drive efficiency.
* Produce regular management information (MI) reports on trading activities to inform decision‑making.
What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
* Experience in a digital environment with a customer‑first mentality.
* Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools like Databricks and PowerBI.
* A pragmatic approach to problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer insight analysis.
* A background in e‑commerce or digital trading.
