We are looking for passionate Care Assistant to support elderly residents with their day-to-day needs and wishes at our Care Home in Hull.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care with respect and dignity to all our residents. You will work in a friendly, compassionate team who care deeply and are always ready to help residents and each other.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care.
* Maintain the personal hygiene, general health and appearance of each resident.
* Assist with meals and drinks when needed.
* Promote independence and provide freedom of choice wherever possible.
* Keep accurate records.
* Communicate with residents, team members and visitors.
* Carry out domestic, laundry and catering duties when required.

* Someone with a personality who is motivated to fulfil resident's lives with everything they do.
* A person who is willing to learn and wants to provide a high standard of care.
Shift pattern: 07:00–19:00, sometimes 07:00–14:00 or 14:00–19:00 available. Our care home works 24/7, so your shifts will fall on alternate weekends depending on the rota. Flexibility is desirable.
