What you’ll be doing
* Understanding their technical needs and turn ideas into reality
* Recommending innovative web and software strategies using the latest tech
* Applying your knowledge of CMS, CRM, WordPress, and eCommerce platforms
* Supporting both clients and internal teams with insights and troubleshooting
* Keeping projects running smoothly by tackling technical challenges as they arise
What you’ll bring
* 2+ years of experience in website/software account management
* A solid background in client-facing roles, ideally in tech or digital
* Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and eCommerce solutions
* The ability to explain complex tech concepts in a clear, engaging way
