Through growth and an exciting next chapter in our digital CRM and loyalty program, we are recruiting a SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE.
ROLE OF SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE
Reporting to our Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager, you will:
1. Deliver the CRM & email marketing strategy, focusing on our customer and premium brand positioning to drive sales and ROI.
2. Grow and nurture the email database to increase customer engagement.
3. Develop automated email marketing programs, creating streamlined, triggered customer journeys that foster sales and brand loyalty.
4. Collaborate with retail, brand marketing, ecommerce, creative, design, commercial teams, and IT.
5. Work with the wider digital & marketing team to plan and execute the CRM & email marketing calendar supporting business objectives.
6. Measure, optimize, and develop marketing activities based on KPIs to drive repeat sales.
7. Make data-driven decisions, identify new opportunities, and act on them, maintaining an analytical approach focused on trading plans.
8. Ensure compliance with legislation such as GDPR in database and email communications.
