<div><h3>Senior Account Manager – Global Account, Performance & Social Channels</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels. This fast‑paced role combines strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as the day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.</li><li>Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working.</li><li>Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management.</li><li>Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track.</li><li>Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on‑brand work.</li><li>Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned.</li><li>Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking.</li><li>Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3><ul><li>Extensive account management experience in a client‑facing role within an agency setting.</li><li>Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels.</li><li>Knowledge of performance‑driven social media marketing or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon.</li><li>Calm, solutions‑focused approach in fast‑moving situations.</li><li>Attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality output.</li></ul><h3>Seniority Level</h3><p>Not Applicable</p><h3>Employment Details</h3><ul><li><b>Salary</b>: Competitive</li><li><b>Working Hours</b>: Monday to Friday, 9am‑5.30pm</li><li><b>Hybrid Working</b>: 2 days based in the Chiswick office, 1 day per week in the Mansfield office, 2 days at home</li><li><b>Free parking</b></li></ul><p>Employment type: Full‑time</p><p>Job function: Marketing</p><p>Industries: Marketing Services</p></div>
