A growing electronic distributor and supplier located in the Blackburn area is seeking a HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This company has rapidly expanded across the UK market, partnering with over 700 companies and distributing high-quality goods nationwide.
As HR Advisor, you will report directly to the ER Manager, supporting stakeholders across sales and warehouse distribution. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on all people-related matters, HR policies, and compliance, as well as managing data and producing accurate reports to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, up-to-date with relevant employment law. HR admin or advisory experience is required, along with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
The salary for this position is up to £30,000.
