Concrete Preservation Technologies Limited (CPT) is seeking a detail-focused Survey & CAD Technician to support our expanding business. This role combines technical report writing with the production of high-quality CAD drawings, ensuring survey data is accurately presented and clearly communicated to clients.
As a Survey & CAD Technician, you will:
Produce clear, accurate survey and system drawings using CAD software
Compile and format technical reports based on survey data and site findings
Work closely with survey teams to interpret data, photographs, and test results
Assist with managing survey data, drawings, and records
Support project delivery by meeting client deadlines and internal quality standards
This role can be home or office-based but may occasionally require site visits to understand project requirements.
Strong skills in CAD drafting
Excellent written English and attention to detail in producing technical reports
Ability to interpret survey data, drawings, and test results
Experience in a similar reporting or CAD role within construction, engineering, or surveying (desirable)
Proficiency in CAD software (essential)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel essential)
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Competitive salary, dependent on experience
