Role Summary
The role involves delivering engaging lessons in Health and Social Care, supporting learners to progress onto higher levels of study, and contributing to student achievement within a modern inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons to young adults.
* Support learners to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
* Follow and implement established schemes of learning.
* Track and report on student progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
* First class or 2:1 degree in Health and Social Care.
* QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further education setting.
* IQA/Assessor qualification.
* Experience teaching young people in a diverse setting.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
