Responsibilities
* Overseethepreparationoftheoptimisationprocessthroughtosignoff
* Brief,manageanddrivetheexternalconsultantsinthepreparationandissueofproductioninformationtoanagreedprogramme
* PreparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbytheLandAcquisitionbudgetandTechnical/SalesMeetings
* Ensureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturn
* OverseetheNHBC/BuildingRegulationsapplicationstoapproval
* EnsurethatworkingdrawingsareinaccordancewiththeapprovedPlanningScheme
* PreparationofHealth & Safety Plans
* MonitorandcontrolallproductioninformationincloseliaisonwiththeDevelopmentEstimatortoensuretightcostcontrolsarekeptandinformationproducedinlinewithbudgetestimates
* OverseepreparationofBrochurePlans,ConveyancePlansandSalesAreadrawings
* Attendsiteprogressmeetingandcarryoutsiteinspections
* Attendmeetingsatvariousstagesofprojects(Technicalhand-over,ProjectMeeting,Optimisation,Technical/Sales,BudgetMeetings,etc.)
* Generalliaisonandcoordinationbetweenotherparties,bothinternalandexternal
* AttendSubcontractorinterviews
* RespondtositequeriesandresolveTechnical/Constructionitemsthatmayarise

* Good/Excellenttechnicalknowledgeofbothresidentialandcommercialconstruction,togetherwithadegreeofflairfordesign

* AworkingknowledgeofBuildingRegulations,CodeforsustainableHomes,NHBC(ortheWarrantyProviderrequired),PartyWallAwardsandassociatedlegislationconnectedwiththeconstructionindustry
* Tohavegoodinterpersonalcommunication,meetingandmanagementskillsessentialindealingwithmulti-disciplinedteams
