Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £53,000 (Basic Salary)

What Youll Be Doing
Drive Project Excellence: Support the project team by ensuring key contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
Cost Management: Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and progress reports to maintain cost efficiency and maximise value.
Tender Strategies: Apply internal and external tender strategies to achieve planned profit targets.
Valuations & Cash Flow: Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on external valuations and optimise project cash flow.
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontract procurement, measurements, valuations, and issue contractual instructions, ensuring health and safety compliance.
Account Finalisation: Work closely with the Commercial Manager to finalise main and subcontract accounts.

Experience: 4+ years of experience working on reactive and voids projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SOR Codes and PPP/PPV contracts.
