Key Responsibilities
1. Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support tailored to pupil’s individual needs
2. Assist with learning activities across the curriculum, adapting tasks where required
3. Use visual, sensory and alternative communication strategies to support understanding
4. Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development
5. Support pupils during transitions, playtimes and enrichment activities
6. Work collaboratively with teachers and wider professionals to implement EHCP targets
7. Maintain accurate observations and contribute to progress reviews
8. Uphold safeguarding, health and safety and school policies at all times
