So what’s the job all about?
* They lead the people in the department or line to become a motivated and engaged team, through the organization of job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews within the correct timelines, staff training, coaching, appropriate delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
* Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support Line Manager and cover for Line Manager when unavailable.
* They are champions for health & safety and live and breathe the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
* Ensure all staff are working to the correct standards, processes and specifications etc. and are working towards a ‘right first time’ ethos.
