This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-time Property Manager to join our client’s highly successful team in Watford! This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Along with the standard day-to-day property management duties, you will also be handling renewals, pre-tenancy, inspections, and some accounts.

Personal specification:
* At least 6 months’ experience within residential property management / lettings administration would be preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Superb customer service skills
* Use initiative
* Work well as a team
* Be computer literate
* Full UK driving licence and car.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £28,000 to £30,000 (pro-ratad) Parking provided.
This is a part-time property management role. Our client would prefer someone who can work reduced hours every day, but they are flexible on this.
