Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the restaurant during shifts, allocating duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth operations. Oversee and orchestrate the service of food and beverages, anticipating guest needs and responding positively to special requests. Motivate, train, and lead the team, fostering a professional and positive working environment. Attend to all guest requests with professionalism, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. Delegate effectively, ensuring every table is attended to with care, efficiency and impeccable timing Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring the outlet is always beautifully set and service-ready Uphold and embed all service standards, including LQA and Fairmont brand expectations Additional Responsibilities Support the Outlet Manager with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training, helping to build a strong and engaged team Contribute to CES (Colleague Engagement Survey) initiatives, driving team morale and a culture of continuous improvement Champion brand values in everything you do, acting as a role model for service excellence Provide flexible support across the outlet and wider property as required
