CRM and Social Media Manager
Location: Central London-based office preferred; hybrid or home-based arrangements acceptable. Must have CRM and social media management experience within the travel industry, ideally for a luxury company. Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
* Define and develop organic social media content strategies.
* Track and report KPIs.
Required Skills
* Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, preferably luxury travel.
* Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
* Strong analytical skills.
