This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical drawing experience who enjoys working on varied, bespoke structural projects. About the Role You'll play a key role in producing detailed construction and fabrication drawings, supporting the delivery of staging, seating, grandstands, and other temporary or bespoke structures. Working closely with design leads, project managers, and client technical teams, you will help ensure that all structures are accurately detailed, compliant, and ready for fabrication. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality 2D construction and fabrication drawingsCreate accurate bills of materialsSelect appropriate materials based on structural specificationsCollaborate with internal teams and external client engineersDevelop and refine design concepts using CAD softwareEnsure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulationsMaintain strong attention to Health & Safety requirements across all work Essential Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience in a structural or civil engineering settingStrong proficiency in AutoCAD 2DAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical standards, and design specificationsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to workStrong communication and collaboration skills Desirable (Not Essential) Experience with AutoCAD 3D, Revit, or SketchUpBackground in temporary structures, fabrication, or bespoke engineered solutions
