Lead efforts to ensure consistency and effectiveness in both strategic and operational HR processes, promoting a positive employee experience by collaborating with the HR Leadership Team.
Provide expert HR support across the organisation, with a strong focus on employee relations, case management, and pay and reward. Deliver high-quality professional advice and guidance while empowering HR staff and wider leadership to support managers in both formal and informal processes.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support team development, ensuring all HR processes are efficient, consistently applied in line with policies, and clearly understood by HR Advisors.
Maintain the accuracy of HR systems and ensure that all HR activities are completed in accordance with departmental service level agreements.
Use HR data and reporting to identify trends, support the senior HR team with insightful analysis, and offer recommendations to enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
Regularly review team performance against agreed standards, taking proactive steps to uphold service quality and recognising team achievements where appropriate.
Significant experience and extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and UK Employment Law including case management through the tribunal process
